Do NOT STAY. DONT BOOK Its a whole scam. the moment we cheked in, we started looking for a new place to stay. You don't even have a single private shower, we weren't told we would share a room with 20 other strangers, we booked a room with 4 beds, and we're met with a room with 10 bunk bads. 3 showers for 40 people in the whole hostel. It smelled bad. The other people listen to music and their private voice massages with a very loud volume. And our baggadges where "advised" to stay in the laundry room because its safer in there, as they said. Because there was no place to have our things It is NOT LIKE THE PICTURES. And they didn't even tried to speak in English.

Out in the suburbs, 14 beds in a (clean enough) mixed dorm at cut-throat Madrid prices is still acceptable. The first dorm they showed me was a cellar with over 20 beds and no window. What is however completely unacceptable is sharing a single socket phone-charging point when, judging by their popularity, they could easily afford to install sockets for each bed. Also lockers, curtains and a bedside light would be a minimal investment to make the place seem less of a cove for desperados and less of a rip-off. lt has to be said though, the people were all nice and friendly.

People who work there are kind. The place is clean but the rooms unfortunately doesn't smell well because there are few rules to use them. So people use their phones to listen to music aloud or they listen to their own messages.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This Hostel is awful! The place is unclean and the beds are an inflatable mattresses. You get 2 tiny blankets! Lucky for us we had sleeping bags. The bathrooms are so disgusting! There is hair and water everywhere . The shower curtains look like they have not been washed! There’s really no where to lock up your stuff in your room. You have to put you stuff in a large room with everyone else’s and it gets locked up.

LAST RESORT MAYBE!!, 20 air mattress per room on squeaky metal bunk, 2 1/2 working showers and toilets, NO GOOD STORAGE SYSTEM, didn't feel comfortable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
