My family and I stayed for a couple of days and the experience was amazing from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. The good thing about this place is that it is close to Osaka and Umeda station, making it very convenient to travel to different places. The beds were super comfy and warm, which was excellent after a long day of walking around the city. The staff members were very nice to all of us, they ensured that we enjoyed our time in Osaka and I must say that they did an amazing job. We felt very welcomed! The best part of this place was the lounge, in there you could sit down, relax, eat, have some free tea or coffee, watch TV, and have a talk with other fellow visitors. The lounge was open 24 hours so it was possible to stay there as long as we wanted, it really felt like home :) I will miss this place a lot, especially the wonderful staff

Terrific spot to chill and lay your head down in an awesome spot in Osaka! It's near a major train hub so getting to, from and around works out well. Just a skip away from connecting to Super Nintendo World. And I even enjoyed a 5km walk along the river front to Osaka Castle. The staff were chill and friendly to the core. Great price and a chill time!

I loved it here! Stayed for 4 nights. The capsules were awesome. Had a locker for your shoes and just kept luggage outside of the pod. Common area was great and had plenty of seating. Could hang out there all day too. The staff speaks good English and there is a seven eleven across the street as well. Two close stations too that get you anywhere you need to be around the area. Definitely will stay again if I ever come back!

Extremely convenient location, about a 8-10 minute walk from Osaka/Umeda station. It’s run by the owner who puts a lot of work into ensuring things go smoothly. He is also a very friendly guy and can speak English. I stayed in the all-female dorm and my bunk bed was very comfortable, cozy, and spacious. The common area has on-site laundry, a kitchen, water and snacks for sale, and is very cozy with peaceful music playing. My only minor complaint is that the bathrooms are not as clean as I would like (makes sense because it’s just one man running the whole place) and my bunk got very warm at night when my curtain was drawn.
