        Stayed for 6 nights whilst attending my Party Conference, stayed in a double room on the second floor, really nice room, well equipped and has everything you need. The staff are amazing, had an issue with the lock on the door one evening (needed a battery replacement so the key card could work) it was dealt with swiftly and no problem after that. The lady working reception that evening was awesome, one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. The only down side to the hotel is that it doesn't have a lift, so there's a lot of stairs to climb, other than that it's the best place I've stayed in Liverpool. Highly recommend

        We enjoyed our one night stay here. The room was large and comfortable, mini fridge always a bonus. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Entrance is on the street behind Bold st. Yes it was noisey til the early hours , but it's on a street with popular bars and resteraunts, so bear that in mind or bring earplugs! The only real negative was the shower flooded the bathroom floor when used, but we reported that when we left (Rm2). Also no lift, but it's an old building. Otherwise all good and would stay here again.

        Clean room, nice shower, plenty of light and mirrors, TV had no normal free view channels only apps, like Netflix (which not everyone has) so no live TV which was a bit annoying. There was also a horrible damp smelling stench in the hall and stairway going up to the room.

        We had the suit on the very top floor, it was a ballache with stairs and suit case. But it was absolutely fabulous inside the room. Decor was great, the layout was decent. Very lovely experience. Just need a lift

        I couldn’t ask for more stayed August 9th-11th 2023, clean rooms comfortable beds great shower! Little hot in the room couldn’t work the aircon but other than that right in near bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk from the actual centre only thing is you can hear the other people coming in and out of their rooms I would 100% stay again the lighting in the room done great for photos staff really helpful too!
