I could not fault this amazing hotel. We had the perfect stay. Extremely well located, amazing rooms. The spa facilities are a real treat. Reception staff were all friendly and you really get the sense they go the extra mile. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic hotel. Very safe. Great location. Gorgeous spa!!! We slept very well! Rooms are a little bit loud near the elevator and because of the older building set up, but we found it to be completely fine and slept like rocks! We loved our stay there!

Great stay! Very friendly staff from first interaction. Location is spot on and rooms are good. Rooftop view is great and daily spa access included in room which was nice. Was surprised by a bottle of cava and cake on my birthday - very nice touch. Overall definitely recommendable and will come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel for 5 nights. We were upgraded and given one of the best rooms, but despite being influenced by that, I would rate the hotel very high. First, its location - right on the La Ramblas and hence right in the thick of activity. Because of its location, it was also extremely safe.The restaurant here has relatively limited choice, but then there are several restaurants serving cuisines from all over the globe in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast served in the morning was quite generous and had excellent options.It was also very easy to get taxi for my early morning airport drive, as the taxi stand is just next to the hotel. There is also a provision of free evening tea, - a very welcome gesture, though I would suggest addition of some vegetarian sandwiches too. Staff was quite courteous and efficient..

Excellent Hotel, the staff is amazing, such friendly, warm, helpful people. We enjoyed the spa immensely. The breakfast was also very good, especially the croissants, special mention to Ana, her smile brightened our mornings. The location is also perfect, the best offers great drinks. The only minor things were that the internet signal is somewhat weak and our shower got cold in occasion.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
