We were really surprised with this hotel, and not in a good way. The only really positive thing with this hotel was the very central location, but honestly wasn’t worth it with all the issues we faced. The photos make you feel that the rooms are quite bigger than they actually are, but that’s nothing compared to the other issues. 1- The air conditioning wasn’t really working! It was basically a glorified fan barely blowing air, we were hot and miserable whenever we came back to sleep (we didn’t spend more time than needed in the room); 2- The room had no bathroom lock! Literally just a hole below the handle; 3- The room had no tissues of any kind until requested from room service, after which they were placed outside our room without anyone knocking or letting us know, not sure why! As the first destination in our honeymoon, this place was a shocking letdown honestly, I had to apologize to my wife and swear to her that it looked very different in the pictures. Hate to leave bad reviews, but you can easily find better places for what this place costs.

The location is right in the centre and the front desk was helpful as we were able to leave our bags there (after check out) for the whole day. However, firstly we ordered a superior quadruple family room and it turned out to be 1 double bed and 2 fold out single beds- leaving absolutely no room for luggage or to move around. We ended up having to order an additional room. Of note, both rooms had showers with copious amounts of black mould on the walls. It was very unhygienic and we did not want to touch any walls in the shower. It was a shame because the water pressure was very good. We showed the cleaning staff and they acknowledged it, but did nothing about it. A real shame for a place with potential. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

I had booked this hotel due to the pictures and location prior to reading all the negative reviews on here. After the fact I was just dubious about staying here given I had already paid. However, the experience both my partner and I received after staying here was absolutely nothing like the negative reviews. We had booked a superior room in the main building (booking states if your room is in the main or annex) and I confirmed with the hotel that our room was in the main building prior to arriving which it was. On arrival we discovered that we had been upgraded to a superior room with a terrace for the 3 nights we stayed there. The room was spacious and clean and had 2 lovely balconies with city view. The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent - maybe lacking in selection but for the price you pay it’s very fair. The location was the best thing about this hotel as it was walking distance to many attractions. The only negative was that there is no pool however we knew this prior to booking - I only mention this as it was 38 degrees in Rome when we visited haha! But the air con in our room helped with the heat. Please don’t be deterred by all the negative reviews of this hotel. Stay in the main building and you will have a delightful time!

اسوء فندق دخلته الخدمه جدا سيئه والصور ابدا مو حقيقيه المكيف عطلان ولا يشتغل حتى الان I do not recommend the hotel, the service is very bad, there is no management, the pictures of the rooms are not realistic, and the air conditioner is broken Please alert everyone before staying at this hotel I was booked into the hotel yesterday. It was one of the worst experiences I had dealing with the hotel without and without. The hotel was booked and I was transferred to another building, and this was not recorded in the reservation that there was another location. The air conditioning is out of order in all the rooms and the problem was not solved or the room was changed and we slept while the air conditioner was out of order and it was very hot. The window cannot be opened because it is broken The treatment is very unfriendly. I rate this experience as less than one, so please be careful

We are currently staying at this hotel for 3 nights. The reception at the hotel was very, very friendly, the check-in was easy. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I personally didn't miss anything. The room is always clean, towels were renewed every day. Personally, I wouldn't have missed anything. A friendly smile everywhere. We'll be back for sure.
