This is a clean hotel. The rooms were ideal for a short stay The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I have to give a big thank you to Giovanni. He served breakfast. Such a hard worker and smiled the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The people that own the hotel are very lucky to have him as a member of staff. I would definitely stay there again Thank you

4 star hotel? Really? This property is nowhere near what a 4 star hotel should be. The room is extremely tiny. The carpet was damp when we checked in Air-conditioning not well maintained and had problems maintaining temperature in the room. Rooms are not soundproofed at all. We heard everything the night had to offer. Would not recommend. Will never return.

This hotel is a great, affordable, comfortable and well-located option in London. The train station is super close and you can get to downtown London in less than an hour. The rooms are small, but that’s expected in Europe. The staff was very nice and attentive. The only downside was that the doors could be quite loud even if you actively try not to bang them. Overall, a great option for anyone looking to visit London without spending tons of money on lodging.

Very well designed hotel. Lovely room given. Lovely staff. Not much available parking and is first come first served. There is street parking but with restrictions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
