dont stay here if you have other options ! First night in room 207 , AC was broken. Room was so hot! Complained & asked to be moved to other room, they said the only option was on level 5, but no water, some water problem on that level. ( and you’re calling yourself an international hotel ?) I moved to my workmates’ room in 208. AC was ok, but the next morning, found 2 little cockroaches in the bed & under ! Super euw !

Dreadful stay, stay only if you really must. Location next to train station is great, but completely wasted by rooms and facilities in extremely poor condition. Cockroach infested (bought our own bug spray). There were rats, and signs of rat droppings and smell of rat urine. Leaking plumbing in the bathroom, flush jammed. Water supply was unreliable, sometimes slowing to a trickle at inopportune times. Airconditioning condensation dripping from the ceiling on to the bed. Bedlinen and towels look stained and have a musty smell. While staff do what they can with what they have and accomodate where possible (room changes, etc), the management or owners appear to have given up maintaining the facilities. Have had much better hotel rooms in Indonesia for similar prices.

The room is clean , the Air Conditioner is okay. The breakfast is delicious. The restaurant has good views to take pictures. It will be nice to go there again . Thanks!

Located near Kota Tua and ITC Mangga Dua. The room is quiet comfy, but don't expect too much from the food. We got very salty dinner on our second night. The elevator fits only for 3 persons, which is ridiculous. Imagine if you have heavy bags with you and you need to access the 5th floor, meanwhile you are in a group of 70 people. Yep.. imagine the queue.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
