Excellent location. Lovely room with very comfy bed. Very clean. Fab location with great choice of restaurants just outside the door. Bus stop literally outside the door and tube station within minutes. Highly recommend Gail's bakery for breakfast and picnic supplies. We'll definitely go back there.

This might sound more like a rant. But I am writing this review after more than a week of my visit. So I am much calmer while writing this review than I was during my stay. Pros: The rooms are right on the Shepherds bush road, right next to Blythe road stop A. Cons: I booked a standard room. However, they gave me a single bed because I'm a single person!! They decided the bed for me!! 1. This is not a hotel. It's a company that has leased out few townhouses along the road. This means, you will not be staying in the same apartment where the reception is. There is no intercom or any way you can reach the receptionist if there's a problem. You'll have to walk down the street to the house 65. 2. Don't expect the heater to be switched on unless it's November to Feb. 3. You won't be given an extra towel too. Peter will deny any request you place in front of him. 4. Their checkin and checkout time is so far apart that you are effectively paying for 20 hours of the day. 5. Don't expect to have a relaxing time in the room. The bath is so small, you can barely turn around while having a bath. 6. The commode wasn't clean. It was smelling. The flush wouldn't work well. Had to press the nozzle twice or more to flush down the poop. 7. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed since ages. No point complaining because they won't listen. 8. Nina is rude. Alex is more welcoming. Although he doesn't really run the show. 9. I stayed for 9 nights. Still they won't budge for a single request.

Comfortable stay and economical.. Front Desk was helpful. Housekeeping has half emptied our Vodka and restored with water.. Nothing else was missing.. All and all it's a nice and convenient place close to Hammersmith station as well as shepherd's bush station, just a 5 min walk.. Free WiFi available.

For the price you pay, pretty good deal. There are no AC/Heating services in the rooms at all. Room is small, can't have luggage open on the floor and walk around simultaneously per say. Clean and tidy for the most part, room has towels and soaps obviously. Location is very nice and quiet. Close enough to be relevant by bus, but far enough to not be in the midst of the city noise, good neighborhood as well. Front desk available until 11PM only
