The room was perfect everything was comfortable and clean.The location is fantastic where the restaurants are nearby.All the price is reasonable for as per customer requirements . Rooms are comfortable and clean. Worth the price. Near to Mustafa Shopping Centre and transportation is easy access going to City or even Arab street. TV only free to air channel. It would be better if it had cable TV. The bathroom as usual a bit small with the toilet bowl too close to the wall. Other than that the stay was pleasant for a budget hotel. There's a coffee shop next to the hotel as you won't go hungry. Mustafa center and City Square shopping mall was nearby but not close a little walking distance away. Public transport was good but the MRT train station was a walking distance away from the hotel. Overall I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. Good for a budget hotel.

Wooowwoo... So nice Environment, Romantic, much enjoy, Reasonable price, Waaw .. This five star hotel has given me a new start in my life with pleasure, happiness and unlimited happiness. I will never forget the pleasant experiences and all the facilities here.

The Hotel 81 elegance in Singapore is the worst hotel I’ve been so far. The room is very small and bathroom looks outdated, it looks like a toilet only and it’s so small. They will only give you dental kit. No soap or shampoo. The hotel is smelly and looks disgusting and cheap. Customer service is very poor too. Good thing we only booked 1 night but we only slept for 6 hours there. Definitely not worthy for the 500+ Singapore dollars for 1 night.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, Bendemeer MRT station can be reached by walk around 7-8 minutes and mustafa center around 10-12 minutes . So many restaurants near the hotel. They have clean rooms with affordable price !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
