By the pictures in detail shows proof of the cleanliness of the room ,when they say room is cleaned up . (ONCE BOOKING NO REFUNDS despite several online calling ) Bad attitude service through questions and replies from the front desk staff ,one of them who is fat and wears roundy glasses . Did not hear first before replying and very rude towards tourist enquiries. Not very knowledgeable and friendly in replying to us of their surroundings when enquiring with the guys at the main counter Lifts shutting down frequently during usage. Dusty tops at the air-conditioning unit .. However There were no hotel rooms available for couples on a holiday for an extension night either . The hotel also raised the extension night ,just because of the demand . PAID SING DOLLAR 120 with additional tax not accounted for for an extension night . In worth of money ,I can have a better 4 star hotel room in Malaysia at only RM 535 +- a night with breakfast included . Toilet is tiny small good for a child to bath in Still the cheapest room in geylang for a queen size bed , what you pay for is what you get for a very Basic Aircon room and shower only .

Very unpleasant and very disgusting hotel.. the whole room was so dirty.. small bathroom without even any utilities. Ugh! And the kettle was horrible! Could not even stay here more than one dayy! Btw this is in the red light area just letting some girls or boys know. Especially those who are not aware. Please do some research and stay here! I highly recommend spending money in a higher quality hotel than this one. So be careful and don’t waste money here!

Very unpleasant hotel and staff attitude towards their customers. The counter staff behaved rudely during check in. The room cleaning boy is too rude that he goes to every extent and ask personal questions if you have girlfriends and when you are going to check out. Its none of his business. The rooms are pathetic, electricity trips off too often. I was asked to vacant the room at night because the room had issues with electricity. Noisy Aircon, dirty ceiling, leaky bathroom, small bathroom without even any utilities, the kettle was horrible, it had fungus in it. The staff boy who does the cleaning has to be considerate and do the cleaning which is his job. But it looks like he prefers to put his nose everywhere rather than doing the cleaning. Staff need more training.

Came a little early, my guest just had a long flight from middle east, the receptionist Kanniga was very helpful to give us an early check-in. Very pleasant experience. Good work. Keep it up.

Good enough if you need a place to sleep. Location is excellent as there are a lot of restaurants open 24hrs, bus stop nearby and a bus ride to the business district.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
