The check-in was smooth with the help from Ms Aida and Ms Veela, they gave us a very thoughtful service. The room a bit small (very common in SG though). The cleanliness needs to be improve just a little, because i found hairs in the corner of the room. Sweep it up guys 😊. The bathroom was ok, clean, and hot water was running great. The design of the room is minimalist and modern. But the room was not sound proof. Good location, near MRT (Aljunied) and also bus stop. Very easy to get a halal food (Muslim Indian Restaurant)

Rooms are extremely small. Feels like a prison cell. Bathroom is so small. You literally need to take a shower in the sink. Stand in the sink and wave the shower head above your head. Luckily I only done half a day here. It’s nice that it’s got local shops around the hotel. Not too far from airport. If you need a quick stay, I’d recommend it for no more than 24 hours. If you’re coming on holiday to Singapore. Please pay the extra and get a decent hotel. Upon checking in, one the small reception lady tried to get me to pay by cash so she can avoid income tax. However, luckily the manager stepped in and said I can pay by card. Looks decent from the front. As you go up, it’s like living in the hood. Good luck showering in the sink!

A bit outside of Singapore but you can easily join it fast due to the good access to MRT station Aljunied. The hotel is clean but a beat noisy. The staff is very pro. Rooms are small, beds are confortable enough, bathrooms are very small also with sink, shower and toilet all together which ask a bit of flexibility but all you need is there. You can find better but also more expensive so it's a good price value for this area. A nice room's pick if you want to join the city fast and not carrying of luxury and too much comfort.

It's okay holiday stay if you all day out discovering city, a bit weird neiborhood, too many massage places around, not preferably to stay with the kids. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
