Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was surprisingly big as well as the toilet and bath. Found some dirt and trash under the beds but it was cleaned the following day. With hot and cold shower. No trash bin in the toilet tho. AC was working properly. Smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway outside our room Walking distance to Aljuneid Station. Near a bus stop. 10 min walk to Old Airport Road Food Center Friendly staff. Fast check in/out. Allowed us to leave luggage after check out. FYI. No toilet in reception area. Had to find toilet elsewhere after check out

This hotel is just nice for 2 of us .. since we came during the F1 events not able to visit some places . But it's okay we love our vacation here at Singapore and the staff was really helpful and kind to suggest us the best restaurants and few places to visit during the F1 events. finally we checked out from Hotel 81 Lucky . Thank you for the front desk Lila never fail to fulfill our needs . Even Kim such a wonderful guy always there for us. Thank you all . Hope to see you all again.

- cheap hotel with spacious room - water heater, AC works well - they dont make up ur room even u put sign in front of ur door - OK for rest - u need to ask 2 mineral water and coffee - walking distance mrt aljunied 650m - bust stop nearby - huge car park stay for 5D4N, cost around $70 SGD per a night , good deals for budget traveller .. hopefully, they will improve for service! will come back again for sure :D

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
