Pleasantly impressed with my time at hotel 81. My expectations weren’t high considering this was on the lower end of the price range of hotels in Singapore. Room was clean and so was the washroom. However, there was no shower curtain and the shower head was broken too. Had booked online with a check in time of 1400hrs and had to wait as the room wasn’t ready. Staff aren’t too concerned about the best customer service. Despite these things i would return to this place as it is quite budget friendly!

I give 1 star for value for money. This place is quite expensive for what you get. $440 AUD for two nights. Im not sure if they jacked the price up for concerts because it's not great. The bad - the rooms don't look anywhere as nice as advertised. The bed reminds me of my old backpacking days. Two uncomfortable pillows and a rock hard mattress. The sheets are wrapped around a super thin duvet. I requested a duvet cover with my booking but this was clearly not accommodated. I did ask for another duvet but they gave me a single and not a double. The bed was short, I'm only 5'8 and my feet stuck out the bottom. The tv only had 5 channels. The bathroom was dirty, soap scum up the walls and mould in the corners. The shower was too short and the shower head was broken. The wifi was too slow to stream anything. The worst part for me was the noise. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in!! You can hear all the doors banging, you can hear other guests in their rooms, you can hear them flushing the toilet, having a shower etc... it was just horrible. The aircon never got below 22.6. The location is good and bad, it is not particularly family friendly as there must be about 5 knocking shops right next door. Its very seedy. However the location is also fantastic for the stadium so I guess it's a payoff. The good - it had a cold fridge. The location for the stadium. I definitely do not recommend anyone staying here unless they are going to the stadium. For $220 per night you can do heaps better.

This place is located from the airport before you get to downtown it's a good location. There was a lot of food nearby. only had a few tv channels nothing special. the room was very clean but the smallest bath I have ever seen the shower is bigger than the toilet area

One of the cheapest budget hotels I found through Agoda for my trip. Check-in was quick, I just presented my passport for verification of my reservation. Room assigned to me was okay; feels a bit cramped, but still has enough space to comfortably move around, unload luggage, etc. It is clean and also has the basic ammenities like toiletries, towels, free bottles of water, some sachet of instant coffee / milk tea, mugs, electric kettle, and a mini ref. Socket here fortunately can accomodate Type A plugs (two parallel plugs). Bathroom also feels extra cramped, probably because of the tempered glass divider installed for the shower area. Hot and cold showers work properly. Toilet has no bidet 😅😅😅 No free breakfast since its a budget hotel. Fortunately, there are nearby restaurants and a 7-eleven store, just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Commute to the hotel is relatively easy. From Changi Airport, guest may simply ride the East West Line to Aljunied stn, then transfer to a bus and get off at Opp Moh Dalleh Mosque Bus stop. From there it is only a few minutes walk. They apparently replenish the bottled water, and the free coffee, as well as towels daily. Staff are also friendly. Overall, this is a good place to stay in Singapore if you're in a bit tight budget, but still wants privacy.

Very good and hygienic room for the budget. Service was top notch. Though the area falls under the red area, there are no safety issues. I stayed with my family. If I am visiting again, then I will definitely book this again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
