Near Sim Lim and one of the lowest cost that's not a hostel. Front desk staff are nice enough. Rooms are smallish but provide good comfort. Bathroom shower is good. Lots of cafes nearby including the Beer People is a one minute walk which has dozens of craft beer. and good food. 81 Rochor is a convenient cheaper place to get things done in Singapore.

Small room, considering it's Singapore but affordable. We stayed here 3 days from Bangkok before went back to Jakarta. Great location, close to 2 MRT stations, self-service laundry, food center. The service was ok, the 2 ladies in the front office were nice and helpful, contrary to Dennis, the other staff. He was rude, he didn't allow us to use the bathroom after we checked out, he said the bathroom is only for employees. Lower your expectations and everything would be fine.

This hotel is very compact and the rooms are even smaller, but that's what you get in Singapore if you are in budget. Location is just besides metro station. And best part is it's walking to Little India, so food is sorted.

My recent visit to the hotel was marred by a discourteous encounter with a staff member (DANIEL) at the front office around 9:00 pm, The rudeness was disappointing and did not align with the expected guest service standards. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly for an improved guest experience.

stayed for more than 3 times in 81 rochor, my current trip I stayed in room 309, the room and the service are worth the price. Nina in the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again considering how strategic the location is.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
