The hotel is was nice. The room pretty small but good for the price. The location pretty good and nearby everything, like foods, transportation and pretty easy to go everywhere. The service is great! They like to help you whatever you need. You might be hearing a little bit of noise from outside but that is normal for the location in the town.

2/3 I emailed that email address several times and hotel 87 does not have the decency to give me ANY sort of response. I also called the hotel several times and no one calls me back. They are simply ignoring my emails and calls. 3/3 I find their response completely inappropriate and I would never stay at this hotel again and urge you not to book here. Their customer service is atrocious. If something goes wrong with your reservation or stay do not expect to get refunded. We didnt even stay there the second night - we checked out and gave the front desk the key card back - and we still got charged for that night. There are several other (and cheaper!) hotels in the area who are way more willing to accommodate.

The location is awesome and staff for most part were friendly. Thats about it for the positives. AC, Wifi, TV, shower drain, hot water, hair dryer, and phone all not working. A shower rack randomly fell off the wall. The sole gym machine (“gym” used loosely) was broken and they charge you if you want drinking water while in there. Overall, the hotel is just very poorly maintained. For the price there are much better options in the same location.

The hotel has a nice facade with silver doors to the elevator. We lived on floor 3. You are met by cold, dark concrete walls. We got a view of the backyard. To see the sky, you had to stick your head out of the window. The TV was broken. There was no hot water in the shower on several occasions. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was so responsive that you could hear people whispering outside the door. Blood stains on the sheets. On Friday the next last night, the hotel had a chemical spill. The staff and all the guests had left the hotel without notifying us and 2 other guests who were sitting and coughing in the breakfast room. After several minutes a person came and told us. The manager outside then said there is no danger you can go back in. The police arrived at the scene after a while. We complained to the hotel which apologizes for what happened but refuses to refund anything.

Very disappointed with this hotel. They claim they are a 4 star hotel, yet even though the staff is nice, they continuously fail to provide the service stated from the hotel itself. The room is aesthetically nice, however, the bed is one of the most horrible beds I have ever laid on (my back is killing me and have had awful night sleeps); the room smells like a sewer because of the water; walking the hallways and constantly having to move through trash; the wifi worked in the entire hotel but in our bedroom and they never did anything to either fix it or accommodate us to a different room. I would never choose this hotel again and it definitely doesn’t match or deserve the star rating it has been given.
