For the price it's pretty good, there are a handful of convenience stores which are 7-eleven, speed mart and mix. The rooms are adequate and there is a water heater, my only complaint is that the walls are too thin, you can hear people talking in their rooms, watching tv the hallway is even worse as it feels like you can hear them down the hall from your room. Other than that, it's a really nice place especially considering the location which is a 10 min walk from an LRT

If you want cheaper accommodation price, yes, a good option, but if you want clean and quiet, I wouldn't recommend it, the bed and blankets were never clean, lots of hair, tables and floors were dirty, toilet to Well so far, the ceiling, walls and windows are all broken and it feels very uncomfortable.

Convenient area.. got 99 speedmart,Nasi Kandar,Maybank also crossing bridge to MRT kelana jaya .. 200m from Hotel.. we check in family room provided with 1 single bed & 1 Queen bed.. confortable room and clean.. Facility in hotel provide Lift for client.. no walkup staircase..

Price is good, I book for super deluxe family and its only RM315. Service is average and they also sell food like instant noodle and snacks. The hotel is located near the lrt station so its easy to travel around, plus they have 7 eleven near the hotel. Like I said I book for super deluxe family room BUT, The room is a little bit crampy and there's not much space where you can eat so you have to eat in your bed. The toilet is clean AND the shower is like Godtier shower, it has hot and cold shower and it is very relaxing that I can shower for about 2 hour non stop. Overall it is a good budget hotel suitable to stay with family or your friends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
