I have Worst experienced to this hotel last week. Damaged shower,the sink was not working as well. The pillow case is Damaged, tv with one channel.No trashed 🗑 inside. And one more thing My sisters visited me to see my son and have dinner in the hotel as they brought food with them But the receptionist phoned us and asking them to leave. Imagine less than an hour. So we check out and transfer to nearby hotel.

They also charge per hour so I have to check in early cause I had a long night travel. I don't know if all the standard room smells cigarettes or a scam that I have to upgrade executive room( which is better )cause I can't take the smell of the cigarette the 2nd time I just have to rest for 3hours for 500 so I have to bare the smell of the cigarette and hear the moaning of the nxt room.

Price to value is average. Good budget hotel. Doesn't feel dirty. Clean beds colorful rooms. A little noisy onthe side I stayed on even with both doors closed I was awakened a couple of times during the night. This place is not for light sleepers looking to get a good night's sleep. Toilet leaked no big deal. Hot water did not work. Only one plugin for charging.The area I have heard isn't the best. Has Aircon and wifi included. I did not stay for the whole 2 day booking. Would not refund my next night. The room was as pictured but they forgot to show the black mold on the bathroom ceiling. This is ok for a quick and cheap stay.

The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. It had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a small fridge. The decor was modern and stylish, and the room was very quiet, which made for a good night's sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
