Disappointed as basic hotel security system is not provided. This is one of the most important considerations when staying in a hotel as to safeguard the guests security. The anti-theft door chain lock has broken. I request to change the room, but the cust service staff said most of the room also has broken..... They have informed the management but no action taken.

Nice Clean Comfortable Room, well maintained furniture,aircond,toilet sparkly clean , bed doesn't smell funny or anything. .Have Electric Kettle \ Water Heater For Drink But No Instant Coffee Or Tea . 🤣 Also Friendly , Informative And Helpful Staff. One time being lock out of own room and staff immediately come and help unlock after a brief information verification. Overall 95/100 . Missing 5 because of not preparing some instant coffee 🤣

I don‘t know why this hotel got such a bad review. I enjoy my stay here. The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. It came with full amenities. Their location is convenient, close to a lot of restaurants. Please prepare to pay RM50 deposit and RM10 tax in cash.

It was very noisy at night as the pubs nearby were blasting their music and people singing loudly into the mic. The room was quite small, the bed was not very clean in my opinion, there were a little bit of stains here and there, the hair dryer is very noisy so i didnt use it. The shower is nice and warm tho, hangers were provided toothbush, showercap and soap were provided as well. The aircon was cooling but alittle too cold at night and there wasnt a remote control to adjust it Luckily i didnt have a car as it was hard to find a parking slot there and even the drop off point was alittle crowded. But there are many food choices within walking distance

We checked into the hotel way past midnight and was able to check in after informing the staff through a call. The blanket was alright, very clean and had no stains but the bedsheet wasnt as clean. There were big patches of oil stains, brown dirt on the bedsheet near the pillows and overall a disgusting sight. Other than that the rooms were not very soundproof as the streets were very noisy up till past 1am due to nearby bars. The aircon was at 16 degrees which the room did not have any remote control to adjust. We had to off the aircon with the switch at midnight as it was too cold, and on it again when it gets too warm. The plus point was the shower is nice and warm, there is toothbrus, showcap, shampoo,body soap and toilet roll given and the sink has hot water function too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
