      The baths are enjoyable. Always. And if the baths improve your health, much better. As per the hotel, you are tramsported from the entrance in the old magic times where small details add to the big picture a great fascination and wake up the spirit of art and beauty' s lover. From the reception to the manager, everyone very kind and ready to understand you and anticipate your whishes. Me and my mum were given a large and elegant room, where we enjoyed our staying here. Services, first class, some surprises, such as a Galla dinner, treatment, swimming pool with fisiotherapy tools, among statues and class. Very impressed and greatful. Happy to have spent our holiday here, with the benefit of a package of accomodation and treatment.

      3 star hotel - no go hotel! 🧐Restaurants: on paper, there are three restaurants, but in reality - there is only 1. "Grille restaurant" looks terrible and it works only if you find ten people who want to pay 34 euros/per person for a barbecue. 😢Main restaurant: if you didn't buy full board, you won't be able to have a single lunch or dinner there...and the reception will lie to you that they are overbooked. In reality, the restaurant is open only for half or full board. Another one: doesn't work at all. 😥Breakfast is a disaster for a 5* hotel: low-end products at 2 star hotel level. At 8:00 you may have nothing to eat. It is a big deal to get water/coffee. 😰Rooms are dilapidated. (Special room with a king size bed) ▪Ancient Air conditioner with moldy. It hardly works. ▪Towel dryer doesn't work. ▪Safe box: version of 1960ish, locked with a large old key. Suitable only for wallets and chains. ▪In-room features: tiny and old TV and hairdryer. Not enough Shampoing & body gel. ▪No balcony. Cleaning: is OK 😐Two swimming pools are big. It is only one positive aspect. However they could be in better condition. At least cleaned more often. It isn't so nice to swim in a dirty swimming pool. Swimming cups: the hotel doesn't inform you in advance, but you have to have your own cup or buy one in a bar (3 euros) 🤮Swimming pool towers are old. There is no information on how to exchange them and how often.

      A very pleasant hotel with classic and elegant style. The hotel has some years but it is well maintained. The swimming pools and the wellness part are excellent, the indoor swimming pool hall is impressive and modern. The garden at the back is very large and charming like an old english garden. The lady in charge takes care of the guests for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed very much the high quality evening concert in the hall, especially in the present time of restrictions. Also the detail of offering a free glass of prosecco at the pool side.
