Hotel Abitare Namba West

The room was clean but small for 4 pax. Had a double beds and with 4 luggage, it was a bit cramped. Had a small table. It has good facilities, washer, stove, toilet size was decent and the shower area can use to dry your clothes. The location was a little bit far from Namba Walk, but still reachable. Quiet place but further from Dotonburi. There is a metro station behind the apartment but that means you need to change train.

This hotel has no front desk and offers no services to guests at all. It's bad. It's difficult to communicate with any staff as they are all remote and you never speak to the same person twice. They didn't send us check in codes until we requested them more than once. The staff are helpful but the system doesn't allow them to do anythingmore than check in. They could not answer questions or see any previous communications. I would never recommend. We had to book 2 back to back reservations and were told that we could stay in the same room and also confirmed this on check in. When it came to the end of the first reservation, the hotel forced us to move with 30 min notice and we had to pack everything up. When we checked in again they put us in 2 rooms that were smaller than the original rooms. They kept telling us they would respond or escalate the issue but we had to chase them for responses since no one would answer us.
