This hotel is in the perfect location with views from our room of the Pantheon opposite. Everything in walking distance and you get to wake up to Piazza della Rotunda every morning. Really comfortable, modern room in a historic building and, most importantly, lovely, helpful staff for whom nothing is too much effort. This was our third stay and we'll be back here when next in Rome.

Fantastic location with truly incredible views (from the rooms with a view). We found the service excellent. Staff took our bags to our room as the elevator is only accessible from the 1st floor, after two flights of stairs. On our departure day we were too early for breakfast, reception arranged for takeout bags, delivered to the room the night before. The soundproofing of the updated windows was excellent, we barely heard the noise from the piazza when the windows were closed, but enjoyed the music from below when open! From pre -arrival emails to attentive responses while staying, I highly recommend you consider this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay in Rome. The rooms were clean, quiet (despite of the wonderful, tourist-heavy location) and comfortable. The staircase is a bit narrow especially when you have heavy luggage. The staff will help you carry your stuff upstairs. I did not have chance to try the breakfast. Like everything in that part of Rome, hotel prices are crazy.

Fantastic location, spacious room was amazing and the AC worked great. Our room had a nice view of the Pantheon. All of the staff were so kind. We were a few meters away from the front desk area, three doors from the outside, you are definitely safe here. Waterfall shower, high pressure water. The hotel works with a local cafe around the bend for a lovely breakfast. We have stayed here before and will stay again!

Amazing location. Attentive staff. Comfortable room and bed. The only downside was going off-property for breakfast. The breakfast was very good though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
