        My family stayed here during our recent trip to Rome. The location is amazing! Being so close to the Trevi fountain was fantastic. Centrally located to all the major attractions/destinations you want to see. It made getting around very easy. This was our second time in Rome. We understand there is a lot of smoke in Rome. However, this location was very smokey. I felt more than normal. Couldn't have been the restaurants nearby, maybe? The rooms were decent, a little on the small side (which is fine), but the walls are very, very thin, and the neighboring doors are extremely loud. We were woken up every single night by doors slamming. The breakfast buffet provided in the morning was fantastic and a great way to start the day. Everything was very fresh! There were 2 gentlemen on staff in the morning time that were very pleasant and helpful. They always showed respect and were never annoyed with guest asking them questions.

        This hotel has different quality rooms. We stayed in "Club room". It was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, silent. The Club breakfast was top quality. Fontana di Trevi just around the corner. Only 3 downsides: No WiFi in our room. Only 2 sets of amenities were prepared even if we were 3 people. (Except towels, there was even more towels prepared than we need) The hotel doesn't reply to emails.

        Tiny rooms with lots of wires hanging out of the ceilings. Air conditioning unit did not work at all in the two rooms we had. Lots of constant maintenance noise in hallways every day that we were not informed of when booking or on arrival. Great location to Trevi fountain.

        I would leave 0 stars if I could... I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. My experience was less than satisfactory, to say the least. The inconveniences began upon our check-in when we were assigned to a room that was clearly not in line with the reservation we had made. The room we were given was remarkably compact, necessitating us to maneuver past each other just to navigate within it. The bathroom was so cramped that it resembled the size of an airplane lavatory. In addition to this, we encountered an unsightly mess in the form of various items strewn about the hallway, including a haphazardly placed vacuum cleaner that posed a tripping hazard. In light of these issues, we promptly requested the room type we had initially booked, described as the "bath and view" option. However, our request was met with confusion and inefficiency. We were given a key to a second room on the same floor as the first, but despite extensive exploration, we were unable to locate it. Seeking assistance from the front desk, we were informed that we simply hadn't searched diligently enough. Despite another attempt, the room continued to elude us until we were finally informed that it was situated in an entirely different building, on the opposite side of the property. This entailed a challenging journey, exacerbated by the non-functioning elevator, while carrying heavy luggage and carry-ons. Upon entering the third room we were assigned, we were disappointed to find that it did not meet our expectation of having a bath and a desirable view. To make matters worse, this room was equipped with three single beds, despite our explicit booking for a couple. The inconveniences did not end there; the room's amenities left much to be desired. The mini fridge was non-functional, and the air conditioning unit failed to cool the room below 26 degrees Celsius, which was particularly problematic given the extreme heatwave conditions we experienced in Rome, with temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius. In addition to these room-related issues, the matter was further exacerbated by the hotel staff's indifference and lack of professionalism. They appeared more interested in smoking outdoors than addressing our concerns. Despite being provided with a contact card to report our grievances, the issues remained unresolved during our entire stay. Considering the substantial cost of 200 euros per night, the fact that we were allocated uncomfortable "wheelie beds" with noticeable lumps in the mattresses is utterly unacceptable. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I strongly urge your establishment to reevaluate its quality of service and commitment to guest satisfaction

        The room was tiny and I know rooms can be very small in Europe but this was tiny. Could hear people’s alarms going off, coughing from the next room. Groups stayed here so when they were getting there wake up door knock so was everybody else. Kids screaming and running up and down the hall. No hot water in the shower in the evening. I’m not sure if the staff were rude or just couldn’t care, extremely unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Best thing was the location however don’t bother asking them to order a taxi because they will shrug and say walk to the street. Easy walk to the Main Street to hail a taxi but attitude was terrible.
