ok for one night. the room was quite spacious and the balcony was huge. the shower however wasn’t working very well, there was no hot water. still great value for one night in milan, if you have no high standards and you need a safe and private place to sleep you can come here.

I don't recommend this, the rooms are not spacious and there is no AC even they say it has AC .. it's like very old ventilation system you will stay hot inside. WC is not good not comfortable. Bathroom doesn't have good doors. People work their were nice and helpful but not the best choice for sure in overall point.

I stayed with my family in this hotel for almost 4 nights. It was a little expensive. The services were fine, and the breakfast was also fine. As I am Indian, and it was my first international destination, and not much aware of their food, it took me some time to understand what I like or what I don't. At the time of breakfast, the lady at the breakfast counter used to stare at us while eating, which made me a little uncomfortable. The receptionists were good.

Friendly staff especially Egyptian receptionist was a great help. Very good breakfast. Near tram station 30 min from central city. Hotel was good compared to price and services.

Bathroom was dirty and toilet was awful. There was too much noise from outside. Everything else was great. Staff was really friendly. The hotel is located nex to tram stop and about 40 min to city center by tram.
