Great location, very quiet apart from the church bell chiming every quarter hour. Comfortable room with good amenities. I liked the refillable soap dispenser, much more environmentally friendly than the little bottles. The only downside was the lift stops at half floors, so bags have to be carried up and down the stairs.

Spacious, comfortable double rooms at a low rate (just over €100/night in late October). Excellent location in a good neighborhood with inexpensive parking available close by. Meticulously cleaned rooms and public areas. Very friendly and exceptionally accommodating staff. Sound travels into rooms, but not more than in other hotels I've stayed in.

We stayed here with our 2 and 5 year old. It was absolutely perfect for our stay - central location, clean, and the family room meant that we had one room for us and one for the kids. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to be accommodating. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Good hotel in prime walking location. Parking is not easy and have to get lucky for street parking in front of hotel or parkplatz a few blocks away. Rooms are nice and quiet. 10-15 minute walk from downtown and museums.

Rooms were small, no A/C, and beds were slightly uncomfortable. Night shift lady was rude but morning staff were very friendly. The full breakfast was very nice. Walking distance to Marienplatz and had good restaurants nearby. Parking is 8 euro per day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
