Got the 2-bedded room. It's more like an apartment with washing machine and kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Room is big enough for 2 big luggages and 2 small luggages. Toilet has a bathtub too. Love it as it is near ueno station. There's alot of combi near it. Lawson, 7-11, family mart. Bed is very comfy. Has air purifier but just need to top up the water daily.

This is a very convenient place to stay in Ueno and only within 5 minutes walking distance from Ueno Station. Around the corner are a few convenience stores like 7eleven and Lawson's, and a street full of restaurants. The room is small but are very clean and well maintained. You can only arrange a clean if you are staying for a week or so. It is also relatively quiet but sometimes we heard construction noises from the next building. Beds are nice and firm but the pillows were a bit soft. It was also super helpful to have a decent sized fridge and washing machine. It was also good to be able to leave our luggage after checking out and picking it up later in the day before we headed to Haneda airport.

Located across from the JR Ueno Station. It's close to the street foods. You can have luggage delivery sent to this place since there is a live receptionist in the back. They come out when you ring the bell. The rooms are large and clean. We got the family room with 2 large beds and a sofa bed. If you plan on staying in this part of Tokyo, then this is a great little hotel.

Very neat, fresh and super clean modern hotel with well equipped kitchenette, washing machine and hot air clothes dryer facility in the bathroom. Great location close to everything. Very friendly staff too. Stayed for 5 days then another 4 days after we came back from our trip to Osaka. Couldn't be happier.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
