My stay was very good. The staff at the Front Desk made sure all of my inquiries and needs were met. Especially Oscar who gave excellent advice and was very welcoming. The Spa and the restaurant are definitely worth the visit. Heading to the gym and pool bar/restaurant next as I’m writing this review :) The only downside for me was that the beds could be changed to foam lightweight duvets, pillows and mattress covers because the AC isn’t strong enough to make it a comfortable sleep. Also for a 5 star property the thermostat definitely needs to be upgraded. But overall very good and pleasant stay.

The location was great, the room very clean and spacious, staff was very friendly, amazing views on the window. Only problem was, they couldn't give me my room until 4:30PM, so i had to wait a lot. Also, the alarm went off a couple of times by error and it was quite disturbing. Overall enjoyed it here.

I had an amazing experience at the AKA Brickell the hotel service was the best I've had at any hotel in years. Everyone was very friendly my room faced the ocean I was gifted two complimentary champagne drinks at the hotel bar. Beautiful rooms great views with amazing service and a 5 minute walk to all the action in Brickell this hotel is a must stay!

We had a rough experience the first time we stayed (some of it not their fault) and I let them know. I was contacted immediately and they offered a free night. We took them up on it this weekend and were pleasantly surprised. When we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and in our room were some snacks and a sweet note. We will definitely stay again. This level of customer service is hard to find today

The rooms were great! And this hotel is located in a fantastic area. The worst part of this hotel is the restaurant for breakfast. We stayed there all week for breakfast and we can assure you this is no fluke. We were there at opening and first to be seated. With no one else in the restaurant it took 35 minutes to receive coffee. I’m writing this review 55 minutes after ordering and breakfast has yet to arrive. This is the slowest service anywhere in Miami. I would recommend reconsidering this hotel. They build in 20% tip so staff just doesn’t care. It’s a real shame considering how nice the hotel is.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
