Centrally located, few minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella train station as well as the main attractions. Spacious and clean room and varied buffet breakfast included in the price. Kindly and friendly reception staff. I would choose it again, although I was woken up in the middle of the night by rude guests shouting and making noise while returning to their rooms.

Great location! It was situated near the duomo and City Hall. The room was fantastic and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was a heater for us to keep warm. The breakfast was normal, nothing special but a little too salty. One staff was nagging at us! There was a happy hour and we drank Fanta, Coke and a Cocktail. :)

Location is great, close to the train station and easy walking to restaurants, cafes and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Light & bright hotel with lovely rooms. Take some earplugs as you can hear the televisions and people in the next rooms.

Room was great. First staff member we met was wonderful. He tried to arrange breakfast for our early rise, even thought we didn’t ask for it. Unfortunately, the morning staff member left something to be desired. He was the typical grumpy Italian that we have dealt with during our trip. Sadly the nice ones are few and far between. The morning person would not honour the night staff member’s arrangement. Such is life in Italy. They want our tourist dollars but not the tourists.

Great location close to train station and loads of restaurants. Breakfast in the morning (however this starts 7.30am do if you have an early start you will miss this), there s a Happy Hour drinks in the afternoon too in the lobby. I got a single room which was great, enough bench space to organise luggage, bathroom had a lovely rain shower. Only down side was the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuum.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
