Bathroom smells of sewers. The room was extremely noisy, with construction in the hotel and other guests waking us at 7am- the staff were entirely unapologetic and unhelpful about this happening multiple times. You also can’t take your keys out of the hotel which is weird. The location is good, but all in- id recommend staying elsewhere.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Lots of supermarkets and resultants around. Scooters available for further places. 10 min walk to Vatican! The guy on the night shift was so so nice and polite! Hotel amenities- lacking. The issue is that you get a city tax for a three star hotel so 6€ a night. Yet the rooms aren’t up to standard. No tea and coffee facilities- toilets smell like sewage and you can hear every noise around the hotel. There isn’t a bar or restaurant and half of the hotel is closed for refurbishment on the terraces which is a selling point of the hotel. The double bed is two singles pushed together. And it gets very cold at night. The floor was filthy we had to purchase wipes from a local supermarket so we didn’t get the sheets filthy. The shower was full of crime although the water was very hot which is great this time of year! Yes there is a hill to walk but no issue and close to the train station! The outside is beautiful. With a bit of TCL this place would be amazing! It just needs updating and a deep clean!

Nice, budget hotel. Within walking distance of Vatican City. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making facility in room. Although website states breakfast available, the kitchen/dining area wasn’t open at all whilst we were there. Hot/Cold drinks only available from vending machine. 2 lovely terraces, one on the rooftop, one lower down ….. both really lovely in an evening, but during the day very hot as in direct sun and no parasols or shade available. We bought drinks from a local supermarket to drink on the roof Terrance in an evening. Over-all, a nice hotel & we’d stay here again, would have given 4* for room rather than 3 if there had been a kettle available in the room.

Over priced stay. Couldnt use heater on a cold night. Small fridge was in room but didnt cool much, ants were all inside crawling in our food. Small shower. It does have old character, which I like. Staff, like everywhere in Rome, could be nicer, but they were respectful.

Overall a nice hotel. Considering the cheap price you get value for your money. What made this hotel special was the amazing guy who was working the night shifts. Always met us with a smile, spoke great English and he was really service minded. A great super guy.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
