Got a free upgrade! Didn't ask for it. Lucky I guess. Room was basic. Very large bed. Bathroom was small, but not tiny. Service was outstanding. Front desk was super helpful and accommodating. Elevator was small and slow. Breakfast was decent with options. Area has tons of places to eat and drink and many more within walking distance. Tram stops are close, and so is train terminal. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, has private parking, but it's still in the center of the city! Breakfast was great and overall we had a very good experience! Totally recommend and would definitely come back!

Overall rating 4.5 stars and not 4, which is unfortunately not possible on Google. Nice and friendly staff. Check-out an hour later was possible without any problems. Spacious room, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall a bit of an aging hotel, but the rooms have been renovated. The location is excellent, you can reach everything on foot. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety. There is free coffee & tea in the lobby around the clock. Overall a nice stay.

Comfortable, helpful staff , Very clean quiet and warm. TV appeared to have been set up for English channels - which was most appreciated Could do with better signage and instructions from one part of the hotel to another The location is good with easy walking distance to most attractions, train station, river, bars and restaurants.

Great central location. Street can be noisy at times but overall the Hotel is snug and central. Service was great and they were very helpful and nice. For the price hard to beat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
