Nice service, we had free breakfast as it was one of us birthday which was really nice. Bathroom door got stuck ! Elevator is on the second floor, inconvenient .. we had to carry our suitcases in the stairs.

The staff are lovely, however I heard every foot step anyone in other rooms made,alarms,phones,i didnt have a shower before airport as i didnt want to wake everyone, small room and i would not say it's a balcony juliette and cant be opened for shutters,clean was a plus ,sorry wont be returning.

The hotel is a bit old. The rooms too. The floor make noise when you walk. The bathroom from my room was very small. The breakfast is good! The best thing over this hotel is its location, we could visit the most important places in the city walking!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
