We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The beds were really comfy and we slept very deep. The shower also fantastic, lots of pressure and heat! The room was also very clean. It is clear the room is slightly aged (the wallpaper is coming off a bit) this is nothing to complain about really. There was also a good fridge that kept our food very cold as well as a kettle and good air conditioning. We also had an interesting view from our room which looked to the hills, some of the city and the motorway which is close, but the insulation is very good on the windows that it was silent. There were 3 lifts that went up and down the building so there was minimal waiting. The staff at reception were also friendly and kind. The parking underneath the building was secure and easily accessible through reception. We did not try any other services from the hotel so cannot review those! The hotel is quite far from the centre but for us we love walking so an hour's walk to the centre was nothing for us, either way there is close access to taxis and public transport.

The stark contrast between the impressive reception area and the disappointing rooms made this hotel one of my least favorite experiences. Despite the promising facade, the rooms fell short, barely meeting a two-star standard. Hygiene concerns were evident with scratched and dirty walls, insufficient soap supply, and a surprising absence of slippers throughout the hotel. While the breakfast was passable, the limited options left much to be desired. Overall, the disparity between the cost and the subpar services provided made it a far from satisfactory stay.

For me more a 2 * hotel. Not 4. Lobby and reception is clean and good looking. Staff very friendly. The room is nice at first glance. But rather old and worn. Peeling wallpaper. Mold in the shower. Location is good for public transport and price is very decent for Barcelona! 6,5/10

The guy with the long hair at the front desk was really rude. Didn’t help us, had an disrespectful attitude towards me and my friend. He wouldn’t answer a quick question while talking to someone else but could as he was talking to us. Really disappointed in that. Otherwise the women at the front desk where really lovely. He could use some teaching from them. Also the pictures don’t look like on booking. The wall was falling off. Really disgusting
