        No air conditioning. Elevator doesn't work. Spacious rooms with carpets. Beware if you have astma. Good location near tram- and metro stations. Friendly reception. We didn't try the breakfast. But boiled water in the room and got breakfast from nearby AH. Fridge in the room is a good thing!

        BED BUGS! Sorry to say this place was infested. Bites everywhere! What a nightmare. Unfortunately this is 1 of many other reviews I've only now seen that were recently posted saying that Bedbugs have infested this place. Can't say for certain if it's every room, but definitely mine. Actually saw 1 and killed it and sheet was covered in my blood. Gross. Location was good but don't think I'll be ever coming back. Overall the place wasn't very clean, or just very old. Shower head holder was broken. But worse yet (still) was that it was super noisy. Staircase and floors are made of old wood, and everyone entering and leaving could be heard through the ceiling and walls. But again, bed bugs! Made a 3 star hotel (at best due to the location) just a place I never want to go back to.

        Great hotel for the price, powerful shower and nice hot water and there was a small fridge. We filled it with 8 beers, 4ltrs water and some snack foods to give you an idea of size, we bought sushi at the very near supermarket and sat on the balcony enjoying the evening. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, cheese, salads, fruit, yogurt and all the buffet type things and superb coffee. Good clean room and big shower, comfortable bed with an unusual duvet but did the job. Excellently placed near city centre and some nice dining experiences a short walk away, metro & tram on the corner, staff were friendly and always around, didn't hire a bike so can't report on them but they were right outside front door. We spent 5 nights there and would easily recommend to anyone looking for budget hotel in Amsterdam, our experience was good and hopefully will return if world politics doesn't ruin the planet? It was warm though, no air con but a couple of fans which did the trick. I have stayed in some bad places, this was NOT one of them. Cheers

        The location is really good. That is the reason why we chose this one. But be aware that there is a metro line just in front of the hotel which causes a lot noise on a 5 minutes basis until the midnight. The room was not so clean. There were some stains on the Bett covers and towels. The room was also too small. But it is the Netherlands. Expect not too much if you are not willing to spend more than 400€ for two nights.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
