1) Absolutely lousy breakfast for an "International Hotel". The same items EVERY SINGLE DAY. 2) Rude and horrendous receptionist, very less English speaking staff, no respect for guests 3) Hidden charges, they even recover the cost of so called complimentary items like chocolate and chips. No less than running a scam racket. Raises voice in front of soft spoken people. 4) Thin walls. 5) Drunkards roam around hotel area during night. 6) Room service is a joke.

Very bad hotel, unfriendly staff, things are diappearing from the room (cleaning lady is stealing them, each day something), breakfast is very poor and every day the same - half of sasage, one egg and a small slice of cheese. Rooms are dirty and small, bathroom not fully functional.

Good hotel for a business traveler, location is amazing nearby Kok Tobe and hotel Kazakhstan. Rooms are a bit small, but clean and good. The bar is upstairs and they have a lot of meat meals.

TERRIBLE experience, avoid this hotel! First, I will tell you a few things that are different from the description: the room does not have a minibar, the refrigerator does not work, the air conditioner does not work, the safe does not work (it is in the closet, but it is not fixed and can be removed), the sound insulation is very bad (according at night I was woken up by noise from the corridor and from other rooms), when there is but not a plug, so it cannot be used for bathing, the television is there, but it does not work (it just says that there is no signal), breakfast is poor (they bring you a plate with one egg and half of a sausage, and half of a toast - every day the same). Also, the room is in much worse condition than shown in the pictures, there is a lot of dust under the bed, the toilet and taps are full of limescale, the bed is in bad condition. But the biggest problem is the following: On the penultimate day when I returned to the room, I noticed that I was missing the bag with things that was standing next to the desk. I went to report it to the reception and that's when the search began. After about 20 minutes, the receptionist told me that the cleaning lady took and threw away the bag, so now they are looking for it in the trash. I really don't understand how this is allowed in a hotel like this! It was a new bag containing new things: a portable battery, a USB memory stick, a pen, a pad, materials and documents, certain things from the store (pastries, pudding, juice)... The cleaning lady supposedly thought it was garbage. The explanation is very strange because the trash can is in the bathroom and this was in the room and everything was neatly put away. In the end, I personally went to the garbage to look for it. We managed to find some things and some not. However, everything was wet and dirty, so I didn't even take most of the things. I found the battery, I didn't find the USB, and I saw the documents, but since they were wet, dirty and torn, I couldn't take...

Old but well maintained hotel. Wifi good. Location good, many restaurants and park within walking distance. Room and bathroom are spacious. Hairdryer look ancient but function just fine. Room is very dim because they are using little light bulb instead of modern tube light. Provide drinking water from the dispenser. Be sure to bring your own water bottle. Same breakfast 🫤 being served throughout my stay here. The lady at the reception counter was helpful although she dont speak english. Be sure to download Yandex Go and google translate ✅

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
