        Bad experience stay on this hotel. Theres no towel, always off ac, and bad services. I have to double pay my room because unresponsible hotelier. Will be my first and last staying here

        A nice hotel, you pay what you get. Checked in here twice. Room was decent with the price point, clean bathroom, AC was good though it took a long time to cool the room down. Things to note: (1) receptionists were a bit unfriendly, especially through the phone (asked for towel since I haven't got any towel when I checked in, didn't say sorry, and he hung up immediately before the end of our conversation), (2) the floor mat in front of the bathroon is very slippery (I slipped everytime), so please change this since this is very dangerous, (3) check every amenities before opening up the room to guests. Going here for the third time? I'll have to reconsider.

        Friendly receptionist, the ac is cold because of new unit, clean toilet, water heater works well. But there are still many small cockroach insects in the room and guests are still actively chatting outside the room until late at night.

        WATER HEATER ON. WIFI ON BEDDING ARE JUST FINE WITH SPRINGBED TYPE THE BREAKFAST WAS SUUUPEERRBBB.. NASI GORENG TERI MEDAN, KUWEITIAU , AYAM KECAP CAPCYAY.. THE TASTE YOU NEVER TASTE BEFORE WITH HOMEY FEELS.. THE RECEPTIONIS ARE HUMBLE THEIR SERVICES WAS GOOD.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
