Excellent modern hotel in lovely suburb of Santiago. Best breakfast I had in the whole of Chile and Argentina. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was very good with lovely quiet air conditioning. Hotel has a cafe and restaurant but it is also near to restaurants and bars

Modern and clean hotel in a nice location for a good price. Apart from the great included breakfast, we found the on-site restaurant too expensive and not that great for lunch. The hotel should also be able to provide water or some kind of filter in the lobby.

Nice hotel, centrally located (just 5 minutes from Drugstore centre). Comfortable suite room and clean. Breakfast was limited, though. I'm vegan, and the options were limited to - oats, raisins, two types of fruits - you need to ask for vegan milk - not sure but maybe: a bread roll and marmalade

Very good rooms and prices. Shower is great, kitchen is complete and very decent. Toilet splashes while flushing, and TV doesn't have any Netflix options

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
