Small but lovely room, to be expected given the location. Very conveniently located in Rome, very easy to get around via bus. What really made this hotel exceptional on our visit though was the front desk woman, I wish I knew her name. Her manner and helpfulness was above and beyond, the type of hospitality you always hope to encounter while traveling. One small thing, I wish they'd fix the design on the showers to not get water all over the floor. This seems to be a common thing these days not just in Italy but much of western Europe...it's for their own benefit to not have water damaged floors.

Good location, close to the train station which makes it easy to access from the airport. Located out of the busy hub of Rome which means it is a quiet neighborhood but a 30 mins walk to the tourist attractions. Service was very efficient and friendly. Room spacious, good amenities, clean and modern. Good for a long weekend visit to see the sights of Rome.

We were 3 people in a beautiful, quiet room with a sofa bed and queen bed. The room itself was well stocked and clean. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. Breakfast was excellent! The entire staff was helpful and curteous. Carla in particular was helpful, knowledgeable and an incredible multi-tasker. Will gladly stay here again!

Hotel Alpi truly made our family holiday so special. The staff is phenomenal, especially Carla, Renan, and Saverio, who ensured that all our needs prior to arrival were met! It’s a beautiful building with comfortable rooms, a terrace open to guests, and a wonderful breakfast spread. The hotel is very close to top attractions (about a 10 minute walk to the train station and is right by a handful of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes). Additionally, we would like to extend our thanks to the outstanding housekeeping team for taking such good care of our rooms - they made coming home from sightseeing that much better! Overall, truly impressed with the service and experience at Hotel Alpi Roma. Grazie!

Nice enough hotel in a good location for the train and metro station Termini. Unfortunately our room was TINY, we stayed for 5 nights, during that time they gave us one small bottle of water complimentary (for two people) and nothing else. Bottled water in the mini fridge could be had for 2.50 euro. Breakfast was very good, but it should be at 14 euro per person per day. Staff was very nice but I would say there are many better options in Rome. They used to serve dinner in the courtyard, which was really nice, but no longer do. Our trip has taken us to Prague, Vienna, Rome, Florence and Venice and this was our one and only hotel disappointment. We will not be back.
