I enjoyed my stay for 1 night. Very friendly staff. The room was rather small but for 1 person it was okay. The location is great. You can even walk to the old town.

Writing this comment while sitting in hotel room.. I am very disappointed with the service and ventilation system of the room. It is Sep 2023 with outside temperature around 28C but our room doesn’t have any AC or fan. Only one window can be opened without any air circulation. Too hot… The exhaust in the washroom is not working making washroom too humid and smelly. The guy at the reception is very rude. When he was asked about the exhaust he mentioned “it is a 3 star and not 5 star hotel and the washroom exhaust works only at 10 AM”… “I cannot do anything, talk to my manager in the morning” Internet not working as almost no WiFi signals in the room, the receptionist mentioned “it is working in whole hotel and I can’t do anything if it is not working in your room”. Having experienced this condition of the room and the rude attitude of the receptionist I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.

Newly renovated and with the design of our time. The room was clean and the check in was quick and easy. Negative was, unfortunately, that the shower was clogged and I had no fun at all to get the hair (and who knows what else) out if the drain in order to avoid flooding the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose too... However, they a kind, friendly and helpful! The price is really ok and that you have a tramp station in front of the hotel makes you 100% mobile!

We stayed in an apartment on top floor for five of us. Nice and modern, very clean and very friendly obliging staff. Good location for accessing the alt stadt, simply catch the tram just round with a handful of stops required. €20 for large taxi to airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
