We had a 3 night stay while visiting the Christmas Market. The hotel is well situated beside Frankfurt zoo. Public transport is excellent, with frequent tram services (no:14) and an underground service (U6), both extremely close to the hotel. The hotel itself is quite nice, if a little dated. Our room is surprisingly big. It's clean and reasonably comfortable. It's a 3 star hotel, no frills. You get what you pay for. For the price we paid (€188 including city tax), this was a great deal, especially for this time of year. The staff are very friendly and attentive. All in all, we're very pleased with the accommodation.

Best location right next to the subway. Clean rooms with plenty of supplies. Friendly reception staff.(English and russian speaking). Parking lot with surveillance cameras (extra 14 € to park your car there). Vale for money is good👍!

The room they gave us wasn't anything like the photos. The floor was very dirty and full of dust, there were holes on the sheets, there were hair everywhere from the previous people, the elevator didn't work, even though we asked them to clean the room and change sheets, they only send one person to change one sheet and while she did she dropped the clean blanket on the floor which was dirty, also the small office like area was full of coffee stains. All of these things made us cancel the room in the end, although our experience was very unpleasant the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful.

Good place to stay for a night or weekend in Frankfurt. It was almost the cheapest hotel we saw in Frankfurt but it is not that cheaper. Good location for me because it is near UBahn and Sbahn when you want to stay a bit outside Frankfurt and want to visit the city. Rooms are clean and has available basic things like towels and soaps. The room just don't have small fridge to put some drinks, which I find not so good.

The hotel is located centraly in Francfort and it offers affordable rooms. The rooms are rather small and simply furnished, which is to be expected with regard to the price. The room I stayed in was clean. And although the doors are rather thin, it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I shall return as the hotel offers good value for an affordable price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
