Excellent location. Small rooms (as expected), just enough space to open one large suitcase. Surprisingly large bath with a bath tub. The bed was comfortable a bit on the hard side. The area is very quiet at night which was good for our sleep. The lobby is tiny, nearly non-existent - just enough space to leave few suitcases and talk to the staff. The staff is young and very kind but without Google translate they are helpless and confused.

Very clean, quiet, and overall nice. Remarkably nice bath setup, with a full sized deep bathtub, nice for when you've been exploring all day and need to soak and unwind a bit. The rest is standard for good hotels, no complaints there. Friendly staff, zero issues. Go for the eco friendly option (where it comes to cleaning) for a few perks in return. Local 7-11s also are great for a night snack or drink, store stuff in the in-room fridge as well.

I loved this hotel. The room is very small with a large bathroom, but you actually don't need that much of space if you just use it to sleep. It's very neat, the staff is way beyond helpful (I had a cold on my first day at Tokyo and they helped me find an English speaking doctor), and since we chose the "eco-friendly" cleaning scheme, we received a gift. Definitely would come back.

I've never seen such a large bathroom in Japan. For me, relatively small sleeping area was not a matter at all since it was so great to relax at bath tub from travel fatigue. It might cause some inconvenience for somebody who expect breakfast at hotel since there's no cafeteria. But room equipment was well organized. You can bring tea and coffee instant bag at front desk on the 1st fl.
