I stayed 8 days in this hotel.. all staffs were very nice, and so helpful service was so good. very close to the station, a lot of restaurant and convenient store.the only thing is the train station is too close for the hotel and there’s a lot of noise from the station. I asked the reception to move me from 4 th floor because of the noise they move me 14th floor but the noise still the same also the room too small but for one person it’s okay the bed and pillows isn’t comfortable so hard for me other than everything was good I enjoyed staying Tokyo

Its not at the center of tokyo but its only 1 station from tokyo. The nearest station is Kamata (JR line) and only 200 meters away from station. It easy to access if you have a big luggage. The room is small but it is clean and they clean the room everyday (if you wish to)

been here with my family for tokyo trip. all staffs were very nice, service was so good. very close to the station, restaurant and convenient store. we were very enjoy to stay in this hotel.

It’s a decent hotel overall and fairly priced. Please see below for detailed breakdown. Pros: - Location close to the train station (with lots of delicious bakeries) and shopping. - Shower was nice size (no tub but we didn’t mind) and water pressure was really good. - Different room cleaning options available (full, eco, or no clean) for consecutive nights. - Staff were friendly (front desk and cleaning). - Air conditioner was noisy but cooled really quickly. Cons: - Streets around the hotel (aside from the immediate area of Kamata Station) are sketchy at night…people pacing the streets looking for change. - Laundry was not available (dryers were broken) during our stay. - Airflow in the room was weird, when we tried to open the window to air out the room (slight stale smell) there was a loud whistling sound unless we also opened the front door to allow through air. - Not sure if there was a way to change it but the auto-setting on the toilet always turned on the “white noise” function whenever you sat down. This was a problem in the middle of the night when you are trying to not wake your partner. - There is a shallow step up (maybe about 2 inches) between the main room and washroom, the edge of this step is sharp and not marked in any way so we tripped on it several times.

We stayed here only for 1 night prior to leaving Japan. Rooms were small but standard for Japan, no real closet but overall the layout of the room was functional. The room itself was very clean and shower had good water pressure and was separate from the toilet room. The bed was comfortable and big, pillows were flat and so so. We stayed in room 401 which I think is closer to the train as we did hear the train passing and the train music which was a bit creepy at night. The windows are pretty thin, I heard some yelling outside around midnight and I tried looking out but it seemed like the room was facing an alley way, maybe the yelling was echoing down the alley from the front. I would ask for a room away from the train tracks if you are a light sleeper. Location was very close to Kamata Station and surrounding area is full of shopping and restaurants. Very close to don quijote for any last minute snacks/souvenirs, this was a smaller don quijote. Easy to find hotel, the staff were accommodating and friendly. The elevators are a bit slow especially when its busy. No early check in given but staff held onto our luggage for us.
