The hotel is well located, easy to walk around. Our room was a decent size for Japan, I was worried since there's many reviews about the size of the rooms. We even had a table with 2 chairs. Amazing view and good service.

This hotel is good. If you have tattoos they let you use the public baths. The rooms are really small (but that’s common in Japan). Breakfast is very basic and they offer the same every day. Overall I had a good experience

Good and friendly staff especially Hayata Aoki who was super willing to use his English with my luggage forwarding requested even though he could have speak mostly in Japanese (that's what a lot of other japanese hotel staff tend to do) and only explain the key parts to me in English. Love the public bath which is key when you walk a lot in Japan! The two improvement points are 1. Luggage in room is tough to open due to how the bed is positioned. 2. The cleaning and towel issues. While i support ecofriendly , the sign is confusing when it states no cleaning required and to provide towels. The issue is this can be misinterpreted to customer that they don't have to hang the sign. Ended up they dont get any change of towels. This is especially problematic when you have public bath and usually people will dispose the towel there the night before!

NOT worth it~~~ IF final price over US$100 per night, Included Vat & Service charge. EVEN w/Free BF, still not worth. Super Tiny Room, Location just so so... Between of Kyoto Station & Nishiki Market, 30min walk to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. No daily room make up, only provide it every 4 nights stay.

The good: Friendly staff, close proximity to a 24h food place and the subway station. The bad: Room curtains make the room a bit too bright in the mornings.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
