The rooms are very modern and comfortable. We were in the middle of an iconic part of Tokyo, and although it was very busy, we couldn't hear much from our room on the 14th floor. Amazing breakfast in the morning, and the staff were very lovely! I'm definitely coming back.

Decent newish hotel. Location is good and though it’s located in the nightclub area, it’s fine even for families. I never got hassled in the years I’ve stayed in Kabukicho. Rooms are fairly sized by modern Tokyo standards. Toilets are quite large surprisingly. Free beverages like coffee and tea provided in lounge.

The staff were extremely nice, Walking distance to essentially everything you ever need. Not an easy place to find. You get one free drink token where you can drink in the basement lounge. The plum wine is an incredible drink. Their washing machines do not dry properly. 3 other friends and other customers staying all had troubles drying their clothes. Always came out damp even in multiple spin cycles

3.5 star review. The location is great for anyone who likes nightlife. It's about a nice 10 minute walk from the station which is massively convenient. The room was clean upon arrival. Unfortunately the room was quite a bit smaller than advertised, the mattress was on the floor with no bed, not as the picture depicted when we chose the room, however my wife is a light sleeper and it was quite so we chose to just bare the lack of space. A maid only comes once every 3 days so bin gets full and bed is hard to make due to it being so low. Overall I would recommend this hotel but I personally would spend a bit more next time and stay somewhere else.

Very good hotel in a vibrant area of Tokyo. This hotel is in Kabukicho so yes there are bars, host clubs, and nightclubs all around. That being said it is on a quiet side street so at night it is very quiet and you can sleep well. The room is very small but we didn't mind at all because it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bar downstairs is really nice even though the the drink selection is limited, the shochu was great! My only comment is that the laundry machines take a long time so if you are doing laundry make sure to set aside around 2-3 hours. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again, the location is perfect, staff are friendly, and hotel is clean, and comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
