It was the hotel we preferred to sleep comfortably during our Berlin vacation. In the room we were given, the window could not be opened and the air conditioner was working very inefficiently. We will spend the night in the room without fresh air. When I contacted the reception, they told me that there was no room available and that a small fan would do the job. Now we are spending the night with the small fan in our room with no fresh air. This was my first and worst experience in Berlin because of this hotel. I cannot recommend this.

Heads up, sometimes they have parties in their lobby bar with DJs until 4am-5am. We were in the first floor and we could hear the music and the floor literally vibrated. Called the lobby at 2:30am and the front desk person said it would stop at 3am… We asked if we could change rooms and he basically said we had to wait. Party didn’t stop until about 4:30am. My partner had to work in the morning and got about 3 hours of sleep all together. We stayed 3 nights and thankfully the other nights were ok. Just know that it is a possibility in your stay if sleep is important for you. The restaurant downstairs only opens for breakfast which is pretty standard (with some hot items) and then opens at 6pm (at least in December) All and all I just wish they had a little more consideration with the guest of the hotel. Room is pretty standard, comfortable but again, not sure great when you are sleep deprived

The pros, The room was impeccable and spacious enough for two. I recommend booking "comfort" for more space. I was provided with a room overlooking the spree. The night was quiet and did not hear anything from the party on the rooftop. The shower's hot water did not work but it was summer so it was not too bad. The bathroom is very clean and spacious, quite dark but elegant. They need to put more attention to tidying up the kalk water marks on the shower glass door. My disappointment was to know while checking in that the roof top bar (the reason why I booked in this hotel) was not open to the hotel guests due to a private party...so you should check before before booking if this is also why you choose this hotel... The staff at the reception was very friendly and communicative. The breakfast buffet costs 18€ p.p. and has a quality of 12€... The restaurant and breakfast area is very well decorated and the areas are very clean and modern. Overall, I recommend the stay at this hotel, it is very well located and the price is super fair for what you book.

Avoid. Standard rooms are more than tiny and you won’t be comfortable if you’re 2. “Business” rooms are just regular rooms in other hotels. Don’t expect a queen bed; it’s just 2 standard beds poorly attached together and you might expect to fall in between during the night. There’s only ONE outlet in the main room. We stayed during summer time and their AC obviously didn’t work, yet they pretended it was the way it works. However they gave us 2 fans, so go figure… Room was +30C day and night. See other comments, it’s a recurrent problem in the hotel. We didn’t rest at all and left more tired than when we arrived. One last point, after switching room for the third time in a day (to finally have the same AC issue in each) we wanted to chill a bit and get some white wine from the mini bar (ho by the way, don’t expect water in the mini bar, quite a basic need when the AC doesn’t work, right ?) Well, the bottle was filled up with tap water. I won’t say no more. Staff apologized but sorry not sorry, it’s not enough. At all. Especially when you have to wait until 3PM for the check in. As simple as it is, I don’t recommend it, you’ll waste your money and probably feel miserable in your room if going during summer. Plenty of other hotels in the same area for the same range of prices. Check it out and enjoy your trip to Berlin somewhere else ☺️

We had a business room for two nights and they were great! Elegant interior design and a good view. We booked breakfast and they had a great variety of options and good coffee. The location is ideal, directly located opposite the Ostbahnhof, in walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Arena and the Wall. After we paid 40€ extra for the business room and got bumped up to the 7 floor, where the sky bar is located as well, we realized that there was a club party there, that we weren’t informed about before and that was also not mentioned on the website or anything. The music could, even though there were three doors in between, still be heard. After asking downstairs we were told that the music would be turned down at 10 and turned off at 12, as it also said on the flyer. At 12 the music did not stop and continued to be played, although less loud, could still be heard until around 1:30. After requesting the late checkout the next day and mentioning this again the next day, the 35€ fee for the late checkout was waived. Overall a nice hotel with a good location, but this incident was unnecessary and tainted our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
