The hotel is in really nice place, but the interiors should be refreshed. They confirm to have 4* but being doesn’t State it. The most disturbing was the breakfast with groups. Hotel didn’t provide the space for other guests when the Group has arrived. So my colleague had to eat breakfast at her room, as there was not enough space. Usually in such cases there are two - three tabels for other guests. The employees were top, the nicest people in the Cannes!

Had a terrible experience tonight at Hotel Amarante in Cannes. Booked and paid for four rooms, but the receptionist kept screaming it's not his problem, even after showing confirmations. Eventually, he reluctantly added another bed for 35€ extra. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Parking is too narrow to fit anything bigger that a smart - impossible with an 5 serie BMW. Rooms are okayish, clean but very small.

This must surely be where all the celebrities come during the festival, you can tell by the way the female receptionist treats you like garbage when she realizes you aren't one. And what can be said of the so called parking, where anything bigger than a smart will have trouble entering and maneuvering. And the room? 15 whole square meters of appliances dated back in the 90's and walls so thin you can hear the tourist next door doing what you usually do after a night of drinking. It's like he's in the same room with you. If you're moderately tall, don't plan on getting showered past your chest, cause that's where the syphon is placed. Don't get fooled by the photos, the "pool" is a 5 x 2 metres poodle. And at the bar they charge you 10 euros for the most basic of their breakfast, but they've never heard of vegetable milk. I can't begin to understand how this place has four stars.

A total rip off and not worth the price advertised. Pictures must be edited to make it look pleasant. Dirty stained carpets, broken, down rotted furniture and horrible bathroom details such as faucet, mold and dirty looking towels with stains. The bed looked unkempt and found a piece of hair in the bed. To call it gross is an understatement. More like a cheap motel. Loud street in-front of the hotel which bothers sleep. Extremely Unfriendly staff that clearly show they are incapable of dealing with customer queries. August is unfortunately high seasons in Cannes, which makes having to book this hotel a torture. Strongly do not recommend this hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
