Beyond my expectations, easy check in, the lady was willing to give us some suggestions around the island and the night shift attendant Kontas was super friendly and talkative. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended. Most attractions are with 30 to 40 minutes drive, free parking at rear of the building

Breakfast and rooms are average. I would give more stars but I paid extra for superior room with TERASE but I get room with balcony.... Manager has only excuses and I didn't have energy to argue with him.... At the end we have every day clean room so I closed my eyes about this. If y have energy fight about your room go for this hotel but other case go strait to other hotel.

The place is a must for whoever wants a place that is welcoming in every way, through kind staff whom helps with transfers, tours and accommodating in every way. Just 5 min walk from Perissa Beach, large breakfasts included aid in a great start to your daily tour of the island. The room was huge and presented with classy features as the daily pleasant show in the folding of the towels. Recommended!

Excellent small hotel at a reasonable price, very close to all you need on Perissa Beach and the best bar on the island, Dorians! Small pool, where the trees can block out the sun at periods of the day, but the beach is 5 mts. away! Very good breakfast buffet with real coffee in a pot, appreciated as machines in most hotels I've stayed at break down at some stage! Love the cat!

Great value for money. Awesome hospitality, breakfest delicious, super location very near by centre and beach just 3 mins by walm. Smaller family hotel with great customer service, especially once we were unhappy with given room, respond was quick and found much better room. especially my wife and I much appreciate the receptionist Kostas for his service. Top and thanks all from the stuff. 👏👌👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
