Wonderful stay I had visited Nepal with my son and daughter in the last week of December . It was a memorable experience for us. Room was very clean and spacious.. This place is super comfortable(specially the mattress was super comfy)and beautiful, in a quiet neighbourhood. Absolutely perfect place,super safe. I enjoyed in-house restaurant delicious food at a very reasonable price. Owner was so quick to respond.... Overall it was an awesome stay. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel . We like this hotel so much , stuff is very friendly , if you need help they do the best. Room was so clear and very cosy , food tasty and if you sont like spicy they will recommend you the better choice., 100% we are comeback here again. I recommend to everyone this Hotel ☺️☺️☺️☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a great room with a couch. The beds were super comftable and its very quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast in their green garden. The guys who are running the hotel are very friendly, helpful and easy going. I can definitely recommend this hotel :) the location is perfect. Very central but still quiet.

Reception people are polite with the guest and providing the guest need as their willingness. Beautiful place for sitout in the hotel with garden to relax. Comfortable rooms with neat bed along with this they provide traveling tickets and guiding the guest for sight seeing also. So altogether nice hotel to stay

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Thamel, Kathmandu. It is very close to The Garden of Dreams and is down a secluded quiet road. The staff are great and the rooms a good size. This Hotel is fantastic value for money and my wife and I use it regularly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
