Minimalist hotel for an alright price. Fortunately I did not run into any issues so I cannot comment on the customer service, but it's fine if you prefer the contactless and quiet. The only issue I had was the wifi being pretty weak. 2.4g is only supported and may have consistency/speed issues if multiple people are on your room's wifi.

Nice bedroom and quiet good location. Quiet so that can sleep well. The only but core inconvenient thing was that no front ppl is there til 2pm. Too tight for check-in time or check-out time. So we could not put our luggages on the last day..sad:P Moreover, the front did not answer to the mail that I asked for early check in service, so we had to wait til 2pm at the first day.

Terrible experience - No ppl in front desk when check in (3pm), waited for two hours for someone to come and during the waiting you can't even get into the hotel coz the door was locked. Finally someone come (not that regular good staff mentioned in other comments) and didn't give any explanation to us for absence. It seems this doesn't happen to other customers, but one of the Japanese customer that we met during the waiting said this was very ridiculous. I warn you pls take this risk into account particularly when you cant use cellphone in Japan (they didn't reply to my urgent emails), and with big luggages. Rooms are not that clean, hostel level. I wouldn't say it was good for the price I paid (15000 yen for one night, 3 person). Terrible experience. How come it was rated so high? Maybe we were too unlucky.
