Hotel Amba was truly fantastic and amazing. The staff were very helpful and understanding. They made sure that everything was okay during the stay. Literally, we got more for what we paid for. The location was superb! The cleaning people were truly funny and helpful. In my opinion this hotel should be a 4* hotel instead. When I go back to Munich, I will choose this hotel. I wished our 2 week stay didn't end. Hotel Amba, thank you for your service. You were truly great. Hopefully, I will see you soon.

I spent 2 weeks in December with my family. Everything with this hotel is great, It is located in front of Munich main train station yet we had a quiet room. With the Lufthansa bus from the airport stops in front of the hotel, The Christmas markets where within walking distance as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and other touristy attractions. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff made up our room everyday. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a large bath Although theWiFi is free the connection is strong. I highly recommend this hotel for sure I will be back again next December.

Was caught out in the snow and spent over 24 hours on the streets of Munich after flights were cancelled late at night and no trains stopping. This was the only hotel that still had a room. A welcome relief. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Not an upmarket hotel but location is great. Paid €200 for 1 night but much better than being on the streets again.

It is a good hotel to stay for some nights, with a perfect location right next to the main railway station. Two things, I struggle with, are the open luggage storage room and that there was no possibility to boil some water for tea etc. especially during the colder months of the year. But in all I would stay at the Hotel Amba again.

The room was below average its my first time to see an hotel was no kettle or a minibar fridge inside the room the location though is a superb infront of munich hauptbahnhof and lufthansa express shuttle bus…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
