One of the best hotels I stayed in. Service is so helpful and kind and you feel special. Rooms are big and have incredible view towards Split. I have enjoyed every breakfast and lunch there. Everything is just where it is supposed to be. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was really classy. You need to drink your coffee on the balcony and enjoy the view.

Our experience at the Ambassador Split was truly delightful. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was not only delicious but also extensive. However, what stood out the most were the rooms, which were not just comfortable but also exuded a sense of charm facing the sea front and Riva. The hotel's location was spot-on, as it offered the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. A short stroll along the beautiful corniche led us straight to the vibrant Riva area. This allowed us to enjoy the lively atmosphere when we wanted, yet retreat to our peaceful oasis when it was time to relax. Overall, our stay at the Ambassador Split was a memorable one, and we believe that anyone who chooses to stay here will have a similarly wonderful experience. We really recommend you to stay in Ambassador Split. Just a lovely reminder from one traveler to another, it is important for us to respect the rooms so that the hotel is able to continue to provide and maintain the highest standards for the next guest and make their stay a memorable one.

The hotel accommodation was excellent. The rooms are well equipped offering the most beautiful view. Location is central which is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff is nice and attentive. Conference room is well-designed and equipped which was very important for our group. Thank you!

Excellent experience. Rooms are fresh and beautiful looking. Stunning view from 4th floor. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was amazing. I didn't had time to got to spa unfortunately, but I bet it would make my experience even better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
