        Front desk staff Deah and company were efficient at check in/out. Housekeeping cleaned the room nicely and changed sheets when asked. Room service was also very kind and prompt. The room lacks any drawers for clothing but does provide a luggage rack and hangers. The hotel has a decent pool and serviceable gym. The location is nice and quiet but close enough to within walking distance to the main entertainment area. I had the breakfast one day for 250 baht, it was ok.

        "This is an amazing hotel at an affordable price!" I was greeted by Mr.Gun the hotel manager and reception staff the moment I arrived. Everyone there is kind, friendly, and polite. The rooms are huge, clean, and modern with very large, comfortable beds. food very dilicise and wonderful. I can honestly say it was the best value, by far, I've ever received in booking a hotel. (Thank you :)

        This hotel will make your stay in Pattaya the best experience. We attended Wonder Fruit and stayed there on our honeymoon. I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but was able to grab a drink on the terrace overlooking the pool while I waited. Ms. Kee, who attended us, gave us the best time. When I entered the room, I was impressed to see that the bed was beautifully decorated. Since my plan did not include meals, I ordered breakfast using the Grab app. Next time I would like to book a plan that includes breakfast. I stayed at several hotels during this trip, but I am confident that Amber Hotel Pattaya was the best choice.

        Stayed for 4D3N at Hotel Amber Pattaya and it was great! Room is clean and tidy, service is great! Thanks Kee for the assistance:) The hotel location is pretty great and its a walking distance to Central Pattaya, Pattaya Night Bazaar and Pattaya Beach. Will recommend this hotel for your next stay and would come here again on my next visit!

        I had a pleasure staying in this hotel. The hotel is absolutely nice. The location's great, rooms are luxurious. But one thing, the price showed in the laundry bill said prices include tax. But when the sum up, they just added 7% more vat to the bill, and i just don't get it or i misunderstand something? please explain.
